SL Industries is a
metal fabrication and machined parts’ supplier who
is providing metal components and assemblies to the
Crane and Material Handling Industry. We are
situated in town Ruse, Bulgaria where international
transport connections – road and river - are
crossing. We are expanding our current facilities
further as we grow our production volumes and
capacities, as well as introducing more services
such as private branding, final product assembly,
etc.
SL Industries has held to its mission to be
high quality, low cost and flexible manufacturer
since opening in 2004. The company business model
makes the company very competitive on European and
US markets.
Our services include a full line of
steel processing machines for:
- cutting – laser,
plasma and gas
- CNC machines for milling,
turning, grinding, threading
- welding –
conventional (MIG/MAG and under flux) and robotic
- final painting

The company also provides
engineering services to its customers
including product design, system integration
and programming, process tooling and
improvement. Our technical department
consisting of 10 qualified engineers
provides CAD product and fixture design,
Solid Works modeling and drawings, drafting
etc.

The company has developed and
approved a quality system and private
internal plant control according EN ISO
9001:2008 and in particular – for production
of steel welded constructions according
requirements of EN ISO 1090-1 and EN ISO
3834-2.

EXC4 is awarded that admits the company to
be in the right to produce carrying
constructions and parts, all parts for
cranes, technically dimensioned for variable
loads – like road and railroad bridges,
cranes, etc. that corresponds to class S0
(according ЕN 1991:2006 and ЕN ISO
13000:2006) and classes S1 to S9 (according
ЕN 1993:2007), as well as for constructions
subjected to seismic effects of high
seismicity according EN ISO 1998:2005 – in
the class of accident consequences СС3, load
category SC2 and relevant category of
preparation РС2 according EN ISO 1090-2.
Our production experience had been approved
from customers as Manitex International
Group, Atlas Copco Construction Tools GmbH,
Atlas GmbH, Effer Group, etc.
