Heavy duty milling and boring of complex welded frames or heavy castings is performed on:

•  Horizontal Machine Center HMC200 with 32kW of power and x=3000mm(120”) ; y=1500mm (58”); z=1500mm (59”). The machine has 48-tool ATC and 4 pallets 1000mm(39”) x 1000mm (39”)
  
• Universal Machine Center HELLER PFU3 with 24 ATC and x=1800mm (71”), y=710mm (28”), z=800mm (32”)

Regular parts milling operations are conducted on 3 universal conventional milling machines of various capacities.

Turned machine parts are processed on several machines among which:

• Cincinnati Milacron Falcon 400 CNC 30 kW lathe with 380mm (15”) chick size and max machined diameter of 508mm (20”) and length of 1370mm(54”)
• Universal OD CNC grinder;
• Centerless grinder with capacity of up to OD of 150mm(6”)
• Thread rolling machine with max OD capacity of 36mm (1.5”) threads.
